Teaching experience

International Software Testing Qualifications Board - ISTQB

During my time at Robert Bosch, I was responsible for serving as an internal trainer for ISTQB certification on a quarterly basis. Each group of trainees attended a full-time, 5-day training session, after which they took the certification exam at a qualified center to obtain official certification.

Cultural Diversity

At Bosch, I was also responsible for training new employees on cultural diversity, including topics such as different cultures, stereotypes, and the diversity of our working environment. The trainees gained knowledge about the challenges of working with people from various backgrounds, what to expect, how to handle difficulties, and how to avoid conflicts.
